Auntie comes to town!

Meet Auntie Arlene a.k.a A2 (squared) and A2two (A squared two)!! We had the joy of having Auntie Arlene here for Christmas.

I know, I put to be continued in regards to my Christmas presents, but I have yet to take a picture of my new toy......... I finally got a 4 wheeler after 6 years of asking. Thank you honey!

It was the best Christmas so far. I'm sure there are many more to follow.

Anyway, Aunties visit: She arrived on the 22nd and left on the 27th. We think it was too short a trip, but greatly enjoyed the time while she was here. Let's just hope she had a terrific time as well.

Audrey got spoiled with Auntie loves and wisdom. We got spoiled with "Jim"! Jim, you see, is the Incredible lobster tail we had for dinner. Oh boy was he good. Sorry I didn't get pictures of Jim. If you would like to see a distant cousin of Jim or maybe a brother, you can go to Pikes Place Market in Seattle and perhaps you will see something close to "Jim".

We did many other things as well, including learning how to make the candies she is famous for. She and Brent went on a wild goose chase for a candy thermometer. I took her to a couple different quilt shops up here. She got a tour of Port Townsend, although it was not the official tour given by Cindy. Brent missed the Monkey Tree. I however have a picture of it on my computer. Isn't the same as seeing it in life.

Then to finish it off we had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe in SouthCenter. That was a blast. We ate entirely too much food and had a "Volcano" for dessert. The atmosphere it wonderful. If you have never been to one I highly suggest doing so. Brent and I have been to one in Chicago, and one in Niagra Falls.

Anyway, I could go on for days. I will instead post more pictures for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!
