On Friday Brent caught another garden snake in our front yard. He let Guinness chase it around a bit then he let Audrey hold it. She loves when daddy catches snakes for her to hold onto. So she talked to it for a few minutes and held it then she let it go in the bushes. Crazy little girl. She has been big into catching bugs and rolly poly olies lately! I have made her a bug catching jar to keep her "prize" possessions in. Then on Saturday it was a gorgeous day here so we all went on a bike ride on the Clear Creek Trail (click on this to see) in Silverdale. It was nice, but very very slow. Audrey is getting much better on her bike, just rides at her own "snail" pace. She kept saying she loved it and it was good to get exercise and make her healthy! After a few errands she was sound asleep in the truck and woke up on our way home. Brent asked if she wanted to go bike riding again and she said yes. Poor thing was disappointed because he was just joking with her. I am hoping we can do this more often. It is about 2 miles total, the trail we took, but there is potential to go farther as she gets better.
