So we have finally made it home from CA, with mixed blessings. The cat was more than happy to see us, but our lawn.....let's just say we wish we had a swather to cut it with. It definitely got plenty of sun and water while we were gone. We have had all of our neighbors say they were beginning to think maybe they needed to call a search party for us, or maybe we found better neighbors and just decided to leave all behind!! Nope we just took advantage of the freedom that we have now!
Anyhow to all who are worried, concerned or just curious we are back in WA state. Now that I am at my desktop computer, in the next few days I will organize and create some slideshows of our trip. Loves to all and we miss our CA family.

I am glad you had a wonderful, safe trip! That yard is not one I would want to have to mow right now. Red would really get lost in it! Looking forward to all those California pics!

Aren't you glad you have a Deere? Nothing runs like a Deere! So glad that is your yard and not ours. Wish you were still here though... Good luck getting it under control, luckily you have some help.
