I have a belly button

If I just lift up my shirt, I have discovered this fascinating thing on my belly.

I have a belly button and I like to poke it!!

On Wednesday night Brent was playing Christmas music on his new speakers he picked up at an Estate sale for dirt cheap. Anyhow, while hooking them up Audrey was in the living room helping her daddy. Well she stood up on her own and took 5 steps!! We were both right there and so very excited. A2 was on the phone. Then she promptly fell and started crying. I think it startled her that she actually took steps on her own. She then proceeded to get up and dance for about a half hour with Brent. It was such a magical and cute moment. She was having so much fun. I did get a few steps on video and of them dancing. Audrey is gaining more confidence and trying to walk more by herself around the house.
She was playing in her room yesterday while we re-arranged the living room and we heard her giggling so we went to investigate. She has her arms full of blankets and clothes and was walking the length of her room, just so happy with herself. Then she came out in the hallway and proceeded to sort the shoes into various piles!! Can we say type A personality?

Anyway, off to change the oil in my bike so I can go play in the snow. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I know we did.

Congratulations Audrey! That first step can be scary, but better watch out mom and dad, the world is hers now.

Glad to see her finally coming around, can't wait until she can come visit Aunty and Uncle D and go out with us to feed the animals!! Miss you guys very much and glad to see someone can enjoy their belly button because I don't have one anymore. It is completely flat now... And watch those hardwood floors they can hurt!
